These Terms of Service and SMS Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of DetailGenius.com and services provided under the Detail Genius brand. Detail Genius is a customer-facing brand operated by Ottomized, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Ottomized," "Detail Genius," "we," "us," or "our").

By using our website, requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, purchasing services, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Detail Genius Services

Detail Genius provides professional detailing and related services, which may include:

2. Quotes and Pricing

For mobile appointments, the customer is responsible for ensuring that Detail Genius has lawful and reasonable access to the vehicle and service location.

Weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment problems, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may require an appointment to be rescheduled.

4. Vehicle Condition and Detailing Results

Detailing results depend on the age, condition, materials, previous repairs, and maintenance history of the vehicle.

Detail Genius does not guarantee complete removal or correction of every:

• Stain
• Odor
• Scratch
• Swirl
• Paint defect
• Oxidized area
• Contaminant
• Interior defect
• Cosmetic imperfection

Some conditions may require repair, repainting, replacement, or other work outside the scope of professional detailing.

Customers should remove valuables and important personal property from vehicles before service.

5. Detail Genius SMS Program

The Detail Genius SMS Program is operated by Ottomized, LLC, which operates the customer-facing Detail Genius brand.

Program Description

Customers may choose to receive SMS/text messages from Detail Genius. Depending upon the type of consent provided, messages may include informational, customer-care, transactional, or marketing communications.

Informational and Service-Related Messages

Customers who consent to informational SMS communications may receive messages concerning:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Scheduling
• Rescheduling
• Cancellations
• Service updates
• Quote follow-ups
• Customer-support communications
• Responses to customer requests
• Other communications directly related to requested Detail Genius services

Marketing and Promotional Messages

Customers may separately choose to receive marketing and promotional SMS messages from Detail Genius. These messages may include:

• Other Detail Genius marketing communications

Marketing SMS consent is separate from informational SMS consent. Choosing not to receive marketing messages does not prevent a customer from purchasing or using Detail Genius services.

When using our online booking form, customers provide their mobile telephone number and may affirmatively select the applicable SMS consent option.

• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Detail Genius.

By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided or otherwise have authority to provide consent for that number.

Message frequency varies.

The number of informational messages you receive will depend on your appointments, requested services, scheduling activity, questions, and interactions with Detail Genius.

The number of marketing messages you receive will vary based on Detail Genius promotions and your marketing subscription preferences.

Message and data rates may apply.

Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages you send to or receive from Detail Genius.

9. SMS Opt-Out — STOP

You may withdraw SMS consent at any time.

Reply STOP to a Detail Genius SMS message to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages covered by that opt-out unless you subsequently provide new consent where permitted. You may still communicate with Detail Genius using other methods.

11. SMS Delivery and Carrier Disclaimer

SMS delivery depends on wireless carriers, telecommunications networks, and other systems outside the control of Detail Genius.
